140th Canton Fair 2026: What It Is, the 3-Phase Schedule, and How to Meet Kato Sourcing There
The Canton Fair, officially the China Import and Export Fair, is China's biggest and oldest trade fair. Held in Guangzhou since 1957, it takes place twice a year, in spring and autumn. The 140th session runs from 15 October to 4 November 2026 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Pazhou, Guangzhou.

The Canton Fair in numbers

Phase 1 · 15–19 October
Electronics and electrical products, household appliances, lighting, machinery and manufacturing equipment, hardware and tools, vehicles and parts, new energy and chemical products.Phase 2 · 23–27 October
Building and decorative materials, sanitary and bathroom equipment, furniture, household goods, ceramics, kitchenware and tableware, gardening, home decorations, gifts and festival products.Phase 3 · 31 October – 4 November

There are three-day breaks between phases (20–22 and 28–30 October) while halls are changed over. Always confirm dates and registration on the official Canton Fair website before traveling.
